Using VenueBazar

VenueBazar is a marketplace that connects users looking for event venues and vendors (such as caterers, photographers, decorators, and transport providers) with businesses offering those services across Pakistan.

VenueBazar allows users to discover venues and vendors, compare pricing and reviews, and send booking requests directly through the Platform. We are not a party to the underlying contract, service, or transaction between a user and a vendor. We do not provide venues or vendor services ourselves, and we do not process payments on behalf of vendors or users.

In addition to the marketplace, VenueBazar also offers a separate Vendor Management Platform, described in Section 8 below, which vendors can use to manage their own business operations.

All venue and vendor listings, including descriptions, pricing, photos, availability, and contact details, are added and maintained by the vendors themselves. VenueBazar does not create, verify the ongoing accuracy of, or guarantee this content.

While every vendor goes through a verification check before their profile is published, this verification confirms that the vendor is a real, operating business at the time of approval. It does not guarantee the quality of their services, the accuracy of every detail on their listing, or their future conduct.

Prices shown are starting rates provided by the vendor and may change based on guest count, date, customization, or other factors. Always confirm final pricing and terms directly with the vendor before making any commitment.

VenueBazar does not act as an agent, broker, or intermediary in any booking. Once a user sends a booking request or contacts a vendor, all communication, negotiation, payment, contracts, deposits, cancellations, and service delivery happen directly between the user and the vendor, with no involvement from VenueBazar.

This means:

• VenueBazar does not collect, hold, or process any booking payments.
• VenueBazar does not charge users any fee or commission for using the Platform.
• Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms are set entirely by each individual vendor and are listed on their profile. Users should confirm these terms directly with the vendor before booking.

VenueBazar is not responsible for the actions, omissions, quality of service, professionalism, or conduct of any vendor listed on the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Misrepresentation of services, pricing, availability, photos, or reviews by a vendor.
• Fraud, scams, non-delivery of services, or breach of agreement by a vendor.
• Any dispute, financial loss, or damage arising from a transaction between a user and a vendor.

Users are strongly encouraged to do their own research before booking, including reviewing a vendor's profile, ratings, reviews, and directly confirming details with the vendor. VenueBazar is not liable for any outcome resulting from a user's decision to engage a vendor found through the Platform.

If you believe a vendor has acted fraudulently or violated these Terms, please report it to us so we can investigate and take appropriate action on their listing. However, VenueBazar cannot guarantee recovery of any funds or damages you may have incurred.

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to harass, defraud, or mislead vendors or other users.
• Post fake reviews or reviews for services you did not actually book.
• Scrape, copy, or misuse content or data from the Platform.

VenueBazar reserves the right to suspend or remove any user or vendor account that violates these Terms.

Vendors listing their business on VenueBazar are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information, pricing, and media they upload. Vendors must not upload false claims, stock images represented as their own work, or misleading pricing. VenueBazar reserves the right to reject, suspend, or remove any vendor listing at its sole discretion, including for failing verification, receiving credible complaints, or violating these Terms.

Reviews on VenueBazar are meant to reflect genuine experiences from users who have actually engaged with a vendor. VenueBazar reserves the right to remove reviews that are fraudulent, abusive, or clearly not based on a real transaction.

VenueBazar also provides a Vendor Management Platform, a separate tool that vendors can use to manage their own business operations, including bookings, assets, expenses, invoices, quotations, staff, and salaries, in one digital workspace instead of manual registers.

The following applies to the Vendor Management Platform:

• All data entered into the Vendor Management Platform, including financial records, staff details, bookings, and invoices, is entered and maintained by the vendor. VenueBazar is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any data a vendor records.
• The Vendor Management Platform is a record-keeping and operations tool. VenueBazar does not audit, verify, or guarantee any figures, calculations, or reports generated through the platform, and vendors remain solely responsible for their own bookkeeping, tax, and business compliance obligations.
• VenueBazar is not liable for any loss, error, or business decision a vendor makes based on data or reports generated through the Vendor Management Platform.
• Vendors are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and for any activity that occurs under their account, including actions taken by staff members they grant access to.

All content on the Platform created by VenueBazar, including its logo, design, and branding, is the property of VenueBazar and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission. Content uploaded by vendors remains the property of the vendor, who grants VenueBazar a license to display it on the Platform for the purpose of the marketplace.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VenueBazar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of money, property, or opportunity, arising from your use of the Platform, your reliance on any listing, your use of the Vendor Management Platform, or any transaction or dispute with a vendor.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
